Internships offer students or recent graduates a hands-on opportunity to gain practical skills and knowledge and explore how our products are built, processes improved and how we deliver white glove service to our customers. At Fathom, recent internships have included skill building in engineering, CNC machining and additive manufacturing. We encourage managers to provide new hires with a well-structured, detailed onboarding program that teaches them the key skills they need to be successful in their new roles. This process also helps them better understand our company’s culture, organizational structure and performance expectations.

We offer reimbursement for professional development opportunities, such as continuing education or industry certifications that directly benefit the company and the employee in their existing role. This includes authorized costs of tuition, books and registration fees.
