Gena Vazquez is a strategic sales and manufacturing leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting complex product development and contract manufacturing across Silicon Valley. Her background spans technical sales, engineering, project management, quality, and supplier strategy, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to move advanced hardware from concept into production. At Fathom, Gena works with customers to solve complex manufacturing challenges, strengthen supply chains, and identify scalable solutions across precision machining, additive manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, and other advanced technologies. She has supported organizations ranging from emerging technology companies to established global manufacturers across semiconductor, robotics, medical, aerospace, and other highly demanding industries.

During the last three decades, Pam has made contributions to innovation, integration and scalable growth across clinical systems, biotech partnerships, and advanced medical manufacturing. As Co-Founder of ProForma Technologies for 27 years, she built a trusted reputation in the medical device and biotech sectors. She partnered with global leaders like J&J, Medtronic, Baxter, and numerous startups to deliver high-performance mechanical parts, cable assemblies and PCBAs into FDA-regulated environments. Her career has bridged the gap between technology, operations, and innovation, enabling healthcare organizations and OEMs to bring safer, smarter and more reliable products to market.

Bobby brings about a decade of experience across manufacturing, technical sales, and advanced hardware. At Fathom, he works with robotics and autonomous systems companies to solve sourcing, capacity, and production challenges as they move complex products from development into scale. His background includes serving as an early sales hire at Xometry and nearly two years at Makena Labs, where he gained deeper experience supporting robotics programs. Across aerospace, automation, automotive, biopharma, and emerging technology, Bobby helps engineering and supply chain teams build stronger manufacturing partnerships, reduce risk, and create a more reliable path from prototype to production.

Trey Sullivan is a relationship driven sales professional focused on building strong partnerships between manufacturers and the teams bringing new products to market. He works closely with engineering, sourcing, and operations leaders to understand their goals, connect them with the right manufacturing resources, and help create a smoother path from early development through production. Trey brings an energetic, customer focused approach to every conversation, with an emphasis on responsiveness, trust, and finding practical solutions for complex manufacturing needs.
