Precision Laser Cutting and CNC Punching

The foundation of sheet metal fabrication here is close-tolerance cutting. Laser cutting produces intricate parts with clean edge finishes and often removes the need for custom tooling, working across aluminum, steel, and stainless steel from 0.010 to 0.50 inch thick, holding +/- 0.005 inch with tighter tolerances possible based on the project.

CNC punching handles standard features and complex shapes alike, including countersinks, beads, and louvers, with a maximum sheet size of 60 by 120 inches and the same +/- 0.005 inch tolerance.

Cutting capacity runs deep on site, with three fiber and solid-state lasers, two CO2 lasers, and five punch presses keeping work moving.

Much of this work relies on soft tool manufacturing, which produces parts without the expense of dedicated hard tooling. For customers, that means lower upfront cost and faster turnaround, especially on prototype and lower-volume runs.

Forming turns flat, cut blanks into finished geometries, and this facility does it to close tolerances across complex shapes and sizes.

Press brake capacity is a real strength here. Thirteen machines handle parts up to 12 feet long at up to 220 tons forming capacity, which gives Denver customers room for both intricate work and large components without sending the job elsewhere.

Welding is a craft, and the Denver team brings decades of it. Operators do arc, MIG, TIG, spot, and laser welding, which means the right process is matched to the part rather than the other way around. The team runs twelve TIG welders, seven MIG welders, and one laser welder.

Captive hardware installation finishes the job, adding pem nuts, weld nuts, rivets, and fasteners directly to fabricated parts so customers spend less time on post-processing.
