CNC Machining

ICOMold’s multi-axis, high-speed CNC milling machines can quickly produce highly complex plastic or metal CNC parts and CNC prototype parts. CNC prototype parts can be at your doorstep within days. There are no size limitations on CNC machined plastic parts, and they can be painted to any color. ICOMold uses only the highest quality plastic resins to produce CNC plastic prototype parts.

Urethane Casting

ICOMold’s urethane casting process can produce parts that are rigid to flexible (rubber-like), colored or transparent. The silicone molds provide excellent surface finish detail and can accurately mimic production colors and textures. ICOMold by Fathom’s urethane casting process can actually provide equal or better physical properties than injection molded parts, and are significantly stronger than their 3D printed counterparts.

Compression Molding

ICOMold is also capable of handling compression molding needs offering fast mold turnaround time at low costs. ICOMold has access to any commercially available material and can finish your parts to the required surface finish specifications. The experts at ICOMold also provide trouble-free part modifications to ensure your project is ready for production.

Surface Finish Options

With ICOMold by Fathom, customers can specify the surface finish on custom plastic injection molded parts. ICOmold offers a variety of industry-standard surface finishes, such as:
